The Council of Elk Park is made up of The Mayor and five council members elected every two years. From improving the water and sewer infrastructure to constructing a park for everyone to enjoy, the decisions of the board always have the best interest of the town and citizens at heart.

Connie Guinn proudly serves the Town of Elk Park with a strong commitment to community, service, and progress. As a lifelong advocate for the town and its residents, Mayor Guinn works to preserve Elk Park’s small-town charm while supporting thoughtful growth and improvements that benefit future generations. Through collaboration with town leadership and community members, she remains dedicated to enhancing quality of life, strengthening local services, and ensuring Elk Park continues to be a place residents are proud to call home.

Elk Park is made up of three departments. Administration, Public Works and the Police Department.
With the full time population of approximately 550 citizens, Elk Park's employee base is minimal
but dedicated to provide the best for Elk Park.
